Deposit and Payment

For all our UK trips a £150 deposit or Full Payment will secure a place on a trip. We will issue you with a booking confirmation and invoice for the outstanding balance, which will be required to be paid in full,  no later than eight weeks prior to departure.

If you are making a booking for a departure which is less than eight weeks away, we will require Full Payment at the time of booking. 

For all our European trips a £250 deposit or Full Payment will secure a place on a trip. We will issue you with a booking confirmation and invoice for the outstanding balance, which will be required no later than twelve weeks prior to departure.

We will accept payments direct to our Bank Account or via the online payment system within our website. This is facilitated by Paypal. 

When you have paid the full balance of the tour we will issue a receipt via email.

A minimum of 14 days before departure we will issue a travel pack which will include the following details:-

  • Details of all eurotunnel/ferry crossings (including booking references)
  • Document requirements (Travel Insurance, driving license, passport and visa requirements)
  • Kit guide
  • Emergency telephone numbers.
  • Travel Itinerary

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

We do accept Credit and Debit Card payments.  All payments can be paid on-line via the website and the “My Account” area. We can also take card payments over the telephone.

Group Bookings and Reservations

We are happy to receive group bookings.  A group booking is defined as a booking of 3 or more people.  Reservations are made by the Group Lead Name (Group Leader) on behalf of all Group Guests, and all terms and conditions are accepted on behalf of the group guests by the Group Leader. All customers participating on a tour within any single booking reference will not be treated independently. The Group Leader remains the single point of contact on behalf of all guests at all times and is liable for all payments, guarantees and communications on behalf of the Group.

Is my Payment Safe?

In accordance with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations  1992, all payments made to Redee Group Ltd are held in trust to guard against insolvency.

Risk and Responsibility

Your participation on a tour is entirely at your own risk. We are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries you may suffer, fatal or otherwise. Also, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your property, including your motorcycle, irrespective of how any damage may have been caused.

Insurances

Motorcycle – It is your responsibility to have the correct Motorcycle (Vehicle) Insurance – please remember to inform your insurance company of your intent to travel in Europe.

Travel – It is your responsibility to organise Travel Insurance for yourself / passenger.

Medical – As we have now left the EU, the European Health Insurance Card is now not valid for UK residents. We strongly recommend obtaining suitable medical cover as part of your travel insurance policy.

Cancellations

If a tour has to be cancelled due to Coronavirus travel restrictions and/or Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against travel to relevant countries we will offer a full refund of all monies paid less an admin fee of £30 per booking.  The refund will be made within 14 days of notifying you of the cancellation.

If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control such as insufficient participants on a tour, etc you will receive a full refund.  The full refund will be made within 14 days of our notifying you of the cancellation.

If you cancel your trip, you will be entitled to a refund within the following time constraints.

Should you have to cancel your tour for any reason you may transfer the booking to another person providing a minimum of 2 weeks notice is given, this will incur a £30.00 administration charge plus any additional direct costs we may incur. Any transfers of bookings whether to another person or for yourself to another tour, where authorised by us, will be treated in the same fashion as if it was made using a travel voucher ie: in the event of a future cancellation at a later date no cash refunds will be issued but we will always attempt, at our discretion, to allow further transfers subject to availability.

Any changes to your personal details including email address, motorcycle details or any other personal information is subject to a £30.00 administration charge per amendment which we may apply at our discretion.

Detailed Changes

While we will do our very best to provide the services we describe, we also reserve the right to make changes to our advertised tours and prices when required. Such changes can include, but are not limited to, Accommodation problems, Industrial Action, Acts of God, etc.

Delays

We are not responsible for any delays to your journey, prior to you joining the trip at our departure point. It will be your responsibility to make and pay for any alternative arrangements for travel and accommodation.

Your Motorcycle

It is your responsibility to ensure that your motorcycle is in a roadworthy condition.  Tyres and brake pads should be checked and they should have enough wear left to complete the tour and any onward journey you need to make.

Relevant Vehicle Documentation

On all our  European tours it is mandatory that you have an appropriate level of European breakdown cover which will enable both you and your motorcycle to be repatriated.  

You must also have the following documentation:

  • V5 Document (a copy will suffice)
  • Certificate of insurance & Valid Green Card
  • Drivers licence
  • Passport

Code of Conduct

You are expected to ride in a safe and courteous manner at all times.

This is a group event and as a member of the group, you have some responsibility towards other group members – look out for each other.

It is also your responsibility to be aware of the speed limits, road signs and rules of the road for the country you are travelling in. If we feel you are not riding in a safe and courteous manner and putting other members of the group or yourself at risk we reserve the right to ask you to leave the tour group and ride alone.

Photography

We may take photographs and film footage of any participant (and/or pillion) and your motorcycle whilst on tour. We reserve the right to use such material for any advertising, brochure, video production or for any other marketing uses without obtaining further consent.

Complaints Procedure

To Resolve Complaints: where our representative is in attendance for your tour you should in the first instance of a complaint contact him/her at the time. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the response you should write to our customer relations office at Redee Group Ltd, Pennine House, Leys Road, Harvington, WR11 8LZ . A complaint will be dealt with within 28 days of our receiving your letter.

Assignment: You hereby agree that we may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any or all of our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions as we deem appropriate. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without obtaining our prior written consent from Redee Group Ltd.

Legal Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you the end user / customer and us Redee Group Ltd in relation to your use of our website and attendance on our tours and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website or our services as a tour operator.

Debt Recovery: Any debts or money owed to Redee Group Ltd by you for non payment of goods or services are handed over to our debt recovery service to recover any money you owe. You will be liable for the recovery charges imposed by our agency from the original action date.

Indemnity: You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses, including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

English Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, any disputes relating to the event program offered to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
